Refund Policy

Remergify, Inc. wants you to be happy with The Organized Homeschool. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.
1. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date or your most recent renewal. After 30 days, the subscription is non-refundable for that billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
2. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, so no refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends.
3. How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net (opens in a new tab) and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at support@wipeboard.io and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or through Paddle's customer portal. After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
