Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Organized Homeschool (the "Service"), provided by Remergify, Inc. ("Remergify", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Organized Homeschool is a web application that helps families plan and run their homeschool, including curriculum boards, lesson templates, reminders, and household management features. Features may evolve over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at support@wipeboard.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious content through the Service.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent any plan limits or technical controls.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (boards, notes, templates, etc.). You grant Remergify a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Remergify, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold via subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns and refunds. Payment terms, taxes, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

8. Free trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial with access to all paid features. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests are processed by Paddle.

10. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remergify's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Remergify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Remergify harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing settings or by contacting Paddle. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

16. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
